Stay a month or longer in one of our fully furnished studio and 1-bedroom apartments. We provide you with a non-smoking and pet-free environment. Service animals are welcome!
Each of our comfortable apartments is immaculately cleaned with an attention to detail our guests love. Relax in the comfort you’d expect if you were in your own home.
We’re located in a quiet, safe neighborhood close to Spokane region’s three hospitals and blocks from downtown Spokane. Several grocery stores, award-winning eateries and other shops are within walking distance. Famous Manito park is just a few blocks away to enjoy jogging, walking and just simply admiring the flowers and gardens.

“In summary — safe neighborhood, lots of natural light, the best hosts to take care of you, great location, you will not need a car, you are a two-minute walk away from restaurants and grocery stores. You don’t pay for anything else other than rent (no utilities, no parking, no cable and internet costs, they even refill all my spices). Most importantly for me, this place is well connected to two bus routes (#43 and #42) that take you to downtown directly. It’s a sweet, sweet deal.”
